5 Reasons I Like Country Life

  1. It works. Today I tried logging in to Farmville three times and it never worked. "Due to communication issues with Facebook, you may experience loading issues. Until resolved, some features have been temporarily disabled." I've had lots of issues with Farmville and Social City often. Other games work fine.
  2. It's easier to start and has more depth. When you start the game you have less options so it's simpler and easier to start. However production chains give the game more variety and more depth instead of the standard till, plant, grow, harvest, repeat.
  3. Crops don't wither. Sometimes real life comes up and I don't like being penalized for neglecting my virtual life.
  4. The game feels faster. I don't know why but when I play other farming games they all lag a bit. I've tried different browsers too. Country Life just feels faster and therefore less tedious.
  5. The developers are very responsive. Some of my old critiques were that there needed to be more variety when growing seeds and there needed to be more decorations. Both of these were vastly improved and the developers are still adding lots of content.

Pedigree Adoption Drive

Pedigree is donating a bowl of food to dogs in shelters for every Facebook Fan they get, up to $1,000,000 worth of food. It took me less than 5 seconds to click, become a fan, and help feed a dog.
