It's a Facebook app that promises to add a dislike button but instead it totally scams you, spreads itself to all your friends, and make money through advertisements and surveys. If you see a Facebook app that says it will add a dislike button, run away!
Updated- Sophos has an article about the virus, and if you use Firefox there is a real Firefox app for that.
